Nomos-Bank paid Rub 243.1 mln as the first coupon for 9-series bond, the lending institution’s press service reported. Rub 48.62 was paid per bond.
9-series bonds were floated in June 2008. The bond issue was fully placed at par. The yield rate of the first and second coupons is equal to 9.75%. All in all, three bond issues placed by Nomos-Bank for a total of Rub 11 bln are in circulation.
Based on H108 performance, Nomos-Bank’s IFRS assets stood at Rub 233.2 bln, credit portfolio totaled Rub 170.5 bln, equity capital reached Rub 33.9 bln and net profit came to Rub 2.8 bln. According to the data from news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, Nomos-Bank ranks 14th among Russian banks in terms of net assets. The lending institution is a member of the national deposit insurance system.
