An auction to sell a 12.03% state interest in EXPRESS VOLGA, a Saratov bank, at an initial price of R81.4 million did not take place for lack of bids, the Russian Federal Property Fund announced. EXPRESS VOLGA is 86.3% owned by Moscow’s PROBIZNESBANK.
