The AMSTERDAM TRADE BANK N. V., a subsidiary of the Moscow ALFA BANK, has opened a revolving credit line of $12 million to LENSPETSSMU, part
of the ETALON LENSPETSSMU holding company. The funds thus raised will be provided to LENSPETSSMU for construction projects in St. Petersburg, Moscow and other Russian regions. ALFA BANK plans not only to finance ETALON construction projects but also develop cooperation in other directions, particularly, a joint mortgage program.
