On May 25, the VISA INTERNATIONAL board of directors granted a Principal Member status to Yekaterinburg’s Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UBRD). The decision was based on the review of the bank’s operations and development by VISA risk managers. UBRD is one of the leading banks in the Ural Region.
