Andrei Vernikov, the first independent chairman of the Moscow MDM BANK board of directors, has left his post. Vladimir Stolin will temporarily replace Andrei Vernikov in his post. Vernikov has declined to disclose the reason of his retirement, while MDM sources cite Vernikov’s decision to go into non-banking projects.
