The Moscow MDM BANK and ATON CAPITAL LIMITED has stopped accepting investors’ bids for $100 million in RBC’s debut CLNs. The interest rate is set at 9.5%. The securities have a three-year maturity. The notes bear a put option at a nominal value in two years and a call option at 103% of the nominal value from the placement date to December 31, 2006, at 102.5% from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007, at 101.5% from January 1, 2008 to June 7, 2008 and at par value on June 7, 2008. DRESDNER BANK AG will be a CLN issuer. The funds thus raised will go to develop the company by buying assets in media business and implementing own projects.
