The MOODY’S agency has revised VOZROZHDENIYE bank’s long-term rating outlook from ’stable’ to ’positive’. The current rating is ’B1’. The adjustment reflects the strengthening of bank’s business due to the growth of its share on the Russian retail market, as well as its steady position on the Moscow regional market and improved financial performance. MOODY’S analysts positively assess the bank’s plans to raise capitalization by selling 10% of its shares in 2006.
