The Central Bank of Russia’s supervision board has approved the decision to licence the SMP BANK and the MILLENIUM BANK to draw personal deposits. Operating in Moscow, both banks have applied for licences for the first time. If licences are issued, the banks will automatically become members of the deposit insurance system under current legislation.
