ТАСС/TASS. The average price of export blend Urals was $42.11 per barrel in November compared to October's $46.77 per barrel, Alexander Sakovich, senior expert of the Finance Ministry's Tax and Customs Tariff Policy Department, told TACC/TASS.
This November the average Urals price fell by $36.22 y-o-y.
The average Urals price in January – November 2015 declined nearly twofold on the year to $52.57 per barrel. In the January – November period of 2014 the average Urals price was $100.91/bbl.
The 2015 federal budget was compiled based on the oil price of $50 per barrel.
The Urals price averaged $97.60/bbl in 2014.
