MOSCOW, May 30 /PRRussia/ — Gazprombank was pronounced winner of an open tender for banks to work with federal budget funds, intended for the implementation of the subprogram, titled «The Fulfilment of State Obligations in Providing Housing to the Categories of Citizens, Established by Federal Legislation.» The subprogram is a part of the federal target program «Housing» for the period 2002 to 2010 and the priority national project «Affordable and Comfortable Housing to Russian Citizens.»
